MorphDelete your Morph account
You can delete your Morph account and everything in it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
Delete it in the app (fastest)
- Open Morph on your phone (Android or iPhone).
- Tap your profile icon at the top of the Journal.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account, then confirm.
Delete it in the web app
- Go to app.getmorph.app in the browser you use Morph in.
- Open Profile and choose Delete account, then confirm.
No longer have the app?
Email support@rrdl.io with the subject "Delete my Morph account". Morph accounts are anonymous, so tell us anything that helps us find yours: the device you used, roughly when you started, and the email you paid with if you bought Pro on the web. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your account and anonymous sign-in ID.
- All dreams, voice recordings and transcripts, AI interpretations, symbols and patterns.
- Mood and sleep logs, streaks, lucid-dreaming progress and reminders.
- Your preferences and push-notification token.
What is kept, and for how long
- Copies in encrypted database backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days.
- Records of payments that we or our payment providers must keep for tax and accounting law (for example Stripe invoices) are kept for the period the law requires, usually 6 years. They do not include your dreams.
- Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account cancels a subscription bought on the web app. It does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store; cancel those in Google Play or Apple so you are not charged again.
